| What else do I need to do? |
Mail Mortal is very hands off, however there are a couple of things you can
do with the report to improve the service you receive.
- Customise your report frequency to your own needs so it doesn’t interrupt your flow.
- If a legitimate email has been blocked, don’t click: ‘deliver’, click on: ‘whitelist’ this will deliver
the email to your inbox and then always allow emails through from that particular address.
- Delete all the obvious spam emails, this assists the system to learn your preferences, this can be
done for each individual spam email or by clicking ‘Delete all’
